Jean Michel Matos, a chef of 40 years, said he averages 15 to 20 weddings during the prime wedding season and often works in collaboration with Personal Touch Party Rentals.“I don’t advertise,” Matos said. “It’s all word of mouth.”Matos, owner of Country Gourmet Catering, said his Lancaster business is notable because he does the majority of the cooking on-site.Reba Hyme, a 19-year-old Amanda graduate, was one of the many brides-to-be who sampled Matos’ confections and inquired about his dishes.“I’m just here to get ideas because my wedding is July of next year,” Hyme said. “I do have some ideas of what I want.
